Brooke Barksdale: I stayed here to be close to the children's hospital. Overall it's not bad but with it looking newer the rooms should be a little nicer. Several things in my room seem to have been chewed on or tore up. The ac unit is behind a mirror on the wall that really isn't safe for children. Rooms are on the smaller end and walls are like paper but the beds are okay and breakfast is good. There is a pool, gym, and laundry room which is very convenient.Rooms: Rooms are okay.Safety: Safety seems good, I haven't seen anything concerning to not feel safe.Walkability: In a pretty good area for someone needing or wanting to walk nearby.Food & drinks: There is plenty of places nearby for food and drinks.
Blake Williamson: I stayed at this hotel almost 6 weeks while my son was in the NICU. The women that checked me in, Melissa, really made my stay worth the two and a half hour drive from home. This women was not only genuinely kind to me but went above and beyond what I expected of a stranger. She made me feel not only at home but at peace. I how she gets a well earned raise because she is definitely an asset to the company. Hands down over all experience was amazing mostly because of her. The rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful. Housekeeping may not speak a lick of English but were friendly and hard working, my room was always clean and bed made. They even made the bed with my blankets I brought, I thought that was sweet ♡ I highly recommend this hotel.

Beka Dougherty: Stayed in town for almost a week for work. While the rooms was very clean and comfortable, the location was close to lots of great places to eat... it was the service of the staff that really set this stay above other places we've stayed. Everyone on staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful.One staff member that went above and beyond for us all week was Brigida. She was spectacular. Our room was always fresh and clean. She smiled and interacted with us in a warm and cordial demeanor. Hotels are easy to find, there is one on every corner. BUT. Good staff is not easy to find! Keep it up JW Marriott!
