He explained the difference between the different products and also allowed me to take some samples home to make my selection easier. This whole process was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. The installer Jamie Galarza was very good and cleaned up after himself. The whole process for the installation only took about 3.5 hours. If I have anything negative to say is that I do not speak Spanish and thankfully I have a translator on my phone without it I would not have been able to communicate with him effectively. I would like to see him have some type of translator that he could use for communication. I will recommend this company to everyone I know that is looking for flooring or any type of backsplash. The pricing was very reasonable and well worth having them do the install.

Ken Gaas: just completed installing about 500 sq ft of new flooring and then sanding / staining some 1100 sq ft of oak engineered wood that is now our first floor. The floor is absolutely gorgeous!We had multiple bids for this job and Supreme was neither the most expensive nor the least. We choose Supreme because they did not use contractors for the work but did it themselves; you get a good feeling when the owner is pouring concrete to level floors then laying the new wood. They were pulling boards from the last bundle when the flooring was complete so the estimate of needed wood was spot on. In addition, it was not the easiest of installs. Due to the floorplan, there was a place where the new wood would meet the new wood from another room. That is, imagine having to start at the east end and west end of the house and having them meet in the middle. While this situation was unavoidable due to the floorplan, Supreme had the wood meet at an opening between rooms where a custom cut board was added. And now you would never even know they had not been allowed to start at one end and finish at the other in one contiguous layout.Eric, a recent transplant from California, did the sanding, staining, and finishing. It was easy to tell he had learned a few things in his 20 odd years at laying hardwood floors. The final floor is a rich brown and as smooth as glass.Was there a hiccup or two? Well, we had huge sanders and buffers moving over the floors multiple times. The trims between rooms were hit a couple of times. A bit of wood putty and trim paint and all is good. I had to fix a nick I myself put in the trim when moving a chair so it happens!Would I recommend Supreme Hardwood Floors for your next job? Yes, I would, without any reservations.
