Hilary McVay: when I first entered the store, no one acknowledged my presence. There was 1 person behind the cash register. I started making a stack to try on but I needed help. I was trying to find the womens wide shoes. At this point there was a male and female employee at the register, still ignoring me. I asked where the wide shoes were and one of them shortly pointed to the back wall then went on with the discussion of how one of them was going to a different store. At this point, I was looking for socks to use for trying on the shoes. Finally, while I was sitting, trying on shoes, the female employee asked me if she could put away some shoes for me. She said if I needed help she would be in the ladder stocking. I gave up on anyone sincerly helping me until Luis arrived. He was very attentive and helpful. I've never had a bad experience at this store so I was frustrated. I'm glad Luis showed up and turned it around. I'm obsessed with the new slip ins!
Kenneth Richards: If you like Skechers, you should check this place out. Great prices, a well organized inventory, and a friendly staff.
Roman Garcia: This branch is my favorite, there is always a vast variety and the people who serve are always very friendly...personally, I find the shoes of this brand very comfortable.

Steve Downs: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had a problem with a pair of Skechers I recently bought and went in to just ask what I should do about the problem with my shoes. Savannah came to the rescue and replaced my defective shoes in a flash. I'm going say that was the best retail experience I've had in a long time. Skechers, you need to hang on to Savannah!

I had been to 2 Sketchers stores in El Paso & 2 in Austin looking for 2 specific pairs of Sketchers Shoes & was told at all 4 stores they were out of them and to try online….they were both out of stock online for my specific size and no one was willing to go above & beyond like Kaitlyn @ Round Rock Outlet Mall…she was determined to find them & jumped online & found exactly the two pairs I desired…previous employees seemed uninterested, unwilling, or didn’t know how to maneuver Sketchers computer system to make a sale & give great, exceptional, over & beyond service like Kaitlyn!!!!! I hope she gets recognized for being a truly special Sketchers associate & Sketchers is sooooooo fortunate to have Kaitlyn aboard on its team!!!!!! THANK YOU KAITLYN!!!!!

David C: The store was well stocked with merchandise and had very helpful staff ready to assist. During my visit, some items on the display racks were hard to locate on the shelves and/or had the labels misplaced and I made the mistake of trying to locate the items myself, wasting time for no reason. My recommendation is, after finding the style and color of the shoes, spend no more than 5 min before reaching out to the staff and asking for assistance; Why? The space between the shelves is limited and it's a little tough to look for shoes while people are passing by... Especially when the customer is pushing a stroller. Therefore, unless the store has fewer customers, otherwise, ask for assistance to make the shopping experience less stressful. 😅😅😅

Alyssa J: It's a massive store with a lot of options, but it can definitely feel a little overpriced at times. It's best to make good use of the sales when they come around. Though bear in mind that there are some clothes made of low-quality polyester that can be bought for cheaper on places like Amazon and are absolutely not worth the price tag; I would advise being very discerning with your purchases. There are diamonds in the rough, and rough amongst the diamonds.

Dd's discount stores are one of my favorite stores just for the fact that they do have great prices. The items I find are always so nice. And they do carry name brands as well. Bebe, Juicy couture, Steve Madden just to name a few. I have bought my grandkids their Christmas toys here and clothes. I love Dd's!!! One happy customer. Although the line was pretty long.
