I was here to stock up for my vacation supply before heading away for a month, but later walked out with extra items because of how knowledgeable they were regarding other products my husband was interested in. Hence, he got what he wanted without hesitation. I have also received products from them through mail which shows that they don’t forget their customers!

Anonymous Anonymous: On December 20, 2023 I was in Sephora at Great Hills late and looking at fragrances, but decided to come back the next day when I have more time but I also remembered I needed a foundation because I am an older male , and I have redness to my skin. Adrienne or Adrian helped me first with the computer matching as I was interested in Lady Gaga‘s house Lab foundation. The computer picked 175 and we applied it and then she got a second opinion from Katie who had been in the business for 10 years and thought there was a better match so she picked 160 and that was a much better match than the computer although the computer was close. It’s awkward as an older male to ask for help for makeup, but these two lovely ladies made me feel completely at ease and helping me find a good match although both colors were out at your store, they checked another store at Mueller and the store had the 160 color I needed so I went there the next day and picked it up. I want to thank both you ladies so very much because you made not only an awkward situation for me Feel completely comfortable, but you also stayed 20 minutes after the store closed to finish up with me and find where it might be at other stores. You both gave outstanding customer service, and I hope you have a very happy holiday and a wonderful new year.
