By now I’ve figured out that if I’m in Austin and looking for a pair of shoes, it’s just better to save the time and energy and head to this branch. In the event that they don’t have the size I need, then they order my size from the store and the next morning I’ll see an email letting me know my order has shipped.
Leo: I don’t always go in-store for my AE purchases, but when I do, I go to the Congress location in Austin. Kabren is so talented and knowledgeable on AE products. It’s like he is an encyclopedia that can quickly recommend the perfect last for your foot-shape and style. He is always willing to go the extra mile to create a great shopping experience!

Ninja Vanish: Right in 2nd street. Pretty big inside and lots of cool sale items. Mostly looked for some vinyl and didnt disappoint with some rare finds. Nice sale area too with good finds. Can't miss this store with the cool sign sticking out to see.
Desiree Seymour: It’s an Urban Outfitters, I didn’t find this location was as well stocked as other stores I’ve visited. The staff were nice and helpful, I did purchase a few items. It was difficult to find underwear in a size small, but I scrapped 5 pair together.The store is clean and the displays are well designed.

Jeffrey Jones: Really cool place. Reminds me of a lot of the surf and clothing shops in honolulu. They have the same brands, good prices, surfing footage on the tvs around. The place has the same laid back vibe, with laid-back, no pressure sales associates.
Morgan Eister: My favorite store from San Diego has come to Barton Creek Mall! Though I’m a bit older then their target demographic, I will always will have a soft spot for Tilly’s. Fun, trendy clothing, shoes, knickknacks, and look at the backpack wall. This is the only store I bought back packs from. Store is very chill and laid back, without being rude. It’s clean, fun, and well kept! I will be coming back!

The purse area was full, alot of choices to choose from. But they do need more help with cashiers. The line was so long. I thought I was going to run in and out, not the case. Only 2 cashiers for a line of atleast 30 people waiting. Please hire more help. Overall I like this store and I will be back.

I was so blown away by the care, kindness, and patience with literally EVERY single lululemon “educator” - I have been schooled!
