Reddy Rajanala: Shopping at local Best Buy location beats online options any day. The in-person experience offers expert advice, hands-on testing, and immediate gratification, making it the go-to destination for hassle-free electronics shopping. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable which is a rare combination now a days. I highly recommend to come check out in person before you shop online.

Would recommend them for sure .... especially if you can find time during the work week to go:

Emily Rose: I started at the North location and had a next to terrible experience. I presented my camera with 3 problems to the repair team. The man helping me looked at my camera for 10-15 minutes and came back with “we can’t help you” and sent me on my way but only addressed one of the problems. I came to the South store to get a second opinion and was blown away by the customer service and willingness to help. I presented my camera to a gentleman and told him my experience at the North store. He immediately went to someone he said was most experienced and got his opinion. My camera was passed around and tested several times including switching lenses, switching bodies, etc and came back with potential solutions. I appreciate a conversation even if I can’t be directly helped more than someone who won’t speak to me if they can’t help. I was also saying that I needed a lens adapter for my other body and I was given multiple options on where and how to get it. The customer service at the South store is phenomenal and will 100% be choosing this location if I need anything further. Thank you guys!
Brandon Doss: I went to Precision to look for a new camera. I have been away from photography since the film days, so I don't know much about current tech. Giannina greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to show me different brands and helped me hone in on what was the best fit for me. I highly recommend this location, and make sure you ask for Giannina!
