R “Yosemite”: Bought a pair of sunglasses but a case with the correct brand was not available. The staff made an effort to look for one i.e. looking in the back storage, etc. Had to settle for a different brand case but I appreciate their time!

Rich B: I walked in to the store not expecting much, looking for outfits for an upcoming trip. I came across one of the best customer service I have ever experienced in a while! Beto went above an beyond putting outfits together for me. He was so detailed, patient and used all his fashionable skills to make me look spiffy; for the conference I'm going to. He brought items from the back and made sure my purchase was smart, trying to be able to mix and match and get as many outfits out of what I was purchasing. YOU ARE AWESOME BETO! will be back for more asking for you always.
Kristyn Marino: Huge shoutout to Felix! I needed a suit for an interview and walked into Banana Republic feeling anxious about what to wear. I’m more of an androgynous dresser and needed a polished/professional look and didn’t know where to start. Felix understood my style and helped me find a jacket, pant, shirt that was exactly what I needed. He helped me every step of the way and I literally couldn’t do it without him. Stefanie: Let me just start by saying I have loved Anthropologie for the last 2 years or so. At this location, most of the staff was really sweet and eager to help me. Abby was so nice! Her smile and genuine care definitely came through. It’s associates like her that make me love going out to shop instead of looking online. However, I docked it one star because the lady checking me out at the end was weirdly silent and standoffish. She was taller, blondish brown hair, thin. She seemed like she was judging me while I checked out. I’ll still definitely come back though. And thanks for being so kind Abby, you’re the best!
Lakshmi Soujanya: Nice and trendy collection of women’s clothing, accessories like handbags, jewelry and also home decor items. We picked up a 3-knife cheese set, few coffee mugs and a beautiful vase to gift our friends. They also have bowls, plates, trays, Dutch oven, baking dishes, candles, vases, candle holders. My husband and I really love this store for their pretty designs and color.

David Allen: Fantastic choice of boots, hats and western apparel. Boots are not cheap, but they look like a lot of workmanship was involved in making them. Free Tequila shot or beer from the staff to help you decide! We bought a pair!

Charleen Firlus: It can be difficult to get customer service and staff to help due to the flood of folks in the store. There are limited versions of each model and size. Be warned, each pair runs anywhere between $150 to $500 onward. They are meant to last a lifetime as the quality is enormously high.
Sherri Brown: Even if you don't plan to shop her, wandering down the aisles to admire the craftsmanship that goes into each boot is a worthy Austin experience!
Ken Hartsock: Loved the experience, got my boots, a complimentary shot and beer. Ray was the best salesman to insure we got the right boot for my wife and my needs.
