Paige R.: as well as more well known ones, and the people working there are extremely knowledgeable and happy to just chat with you. It’s also just very peaceful and has a relaxing vibe! Their location on south Congress is pretty hectic and not as personable, but this location is awesome.

Peter Salgado: We were in town on business and spotted the shop because of the Dries Van Noten window display. The sales clerk was so knowledgeable and helpful. When my husband needed to go down in size the young man quickly appeared with the smaller size.We will be back the next time in town !

Joseph Kenkel: What an excellent shopping spot. The clothes are excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving tips about what to do, where to go, and what to eat while visiting Austin. I even accidentally got my drink all over the woman helping me and she was super understanding about it. Highly recommend this place.
Ross Carrothers: Great merchandise with everything from Byredo candles to Loewe handbags. The staff was a bit on the pushy side though.

Reddy Rajanala: Shopping at local Best Buy location beats online options any day. The in-person experience offers expert advice, hands-on testing, and immediate gratification, making it the go-to destination for hassle-free electronics shopping. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable which is a rare combination now a days. I highly recommend to come check out in person before you shop online.

Lena Fonseka: , service was prompt, helpful and friendly.We had a small issue with the delivery of our fridge but that was a third party delivery company, not really best buys fault...They still made an effort to make it right for us which was good of them.Then we had an issue that our fridge died within a month of us buying it, so best buy swapped it for a new fridge.All dealings with them have been professional and really good. Would recommend them for sure .... especially if you can find time during the work week to go:
