Ms. Tre': My experience was superb. I called in as the website suggest and I'm so glad I did. The customer service surpassed my expectations. Honestly I didn't know what to expect, I just needed a couch for my new apartment. Rob was so kind and welcoming even over the phone. My purchase was a breeze as if I had walked into the store. Everything was done over the phone which was super convenient for me as I work from home full time and have school aged kids who are very active so shopping online is my only way most days. Even the delivery guys were super sweet and very respectful. They were a two man crew and were very efficient. This is my first piece from R & R but won't be my last. Thank you guys for all you do! ❤️

He kept in touch on availability and delivery on a regular basis. He is very knowledgeable and offers good suggestions on what will work. His prices are very competitive.
