Judy Luna: I had looked up some items that I needed and it showed that Home depot had those items. So I started in outdoors for acid loving plant soil mix, tomato cages, cement gutter blocks, gutter diverter for rain barrel and some Orange oil. I saw so many associates all over the store who never acknowledged my presence. They all rushed by, looking so busy. Then a man asked me if I was finding what I needed. He didn't have a store uniform, tshirt or anything saying he was an Associate. I figured he was just coming on shift but he helped me anyway. He ended up checking the computer when we couldn't find the items. He was polite, helpful, and definitely went above and beyond to take care of me. His name is Chris and he said he works in flooring.

Tony Vazquez: As a contractor who constantly needs to use the Pro Desk, it’s so refreshing to have someone like Adel who knows what they’re doing and is at the ready to help you in a friendly manner. I’m always in a rush to get in and out as quickly as possible to my customers. I’ve experienced many times at other stores where employees just stare at you with no urgency to assist, only to then incompetently drag you through the checkout process. So big shout out to Adel!!! As I know when I see her at the Pro Desk I will be treated like a Pro customer.

Henry Zhang: Anthony should be the employee of the month. I came in and placed an order with someone else. The decision was hasty so I wanted to revise it the second day. Anthony took care of me and offered tremendous help although the original order was not placed by him. He went out of his way to offer me his suggestions. The end result was marvelous.

Carolyn White: Exceptional Customer Service from Dustin at the Gateway store and Michelle at the Round Rock location! Both went out of their way to show me many photos of the travertine and marble installed which I needed to see to have the confidence to go with a natural stone, as I’m experiencing a lot of color variation with other sources. It’s amazing that they will guarantee satisfaction when the product arrives or you are not obligated to accept it. That’s HUGE for me! Also the store displays REALLY help and knowing they offer all the matching trim pieces for the natural stones as well.

Leigh Gill: I have worked with Jerry 3-4 times and have always received excellent service. Everyone is friendly and they take back extra tile. Most of my projects have been during Covid but I have never experienced delays or supply chain issues with them.

Sam Hagey: I've been shopping here for years, And if you view my reviews you'll see I'm inclined to leave positive reviews far far more frequently than critical reviews. That said, last week I needed to drop off a warranty item and the staff of the entirely empty store couldn't be bothered to answer questions about new products that I may need to choose from as potential replacements for my older rod being warrantied. I was prepared to toss the lower cost item I was warrantying and upgrade to a spendy rod but decided to leave. Customer service goes a long way in this industry, folks.

William McIntosh: Sean with the bike department saved my life TWICE the other day. I ended up with two flat tires at different times throughout the day, but both incidents were within reasonable walking distance to REI. I could not believe how quickly he was able to fit me in as well as how fast he was able to repair my flat tubes. I was back out in minutes both times. Kudos to Sean and the rest of the team! A Patagonia Nanopuff normally retails for around $200 to $250. I got mine on super sale in the iconic Patagonia Navy for $100. I recently saw a silver in the return sale section for $57.Great deal. Great service. Best quality on everything. This is where true deals live.

Natalie Tan: The selection for summer clothes isn't the best coming for a visit in early January to be honest. Wanted to get a pair of convertible pants but there were none in stock for my size as a 5'1 person who has a small waist- all the sizes were way too massive and I was swimming in it. The sandals designs were also limited and I settled on a black pair of chacos, since I badly needed a new pair to bring back home as I was at the tail end of my trip. Staff are friendly and helpful as always though.

Charleen Firlus: Other print and art work stores do not hold a candle to this one in Austin. I looked at a lot of different stores for grabbing a print on my out of the city, and none really sold me like Paper Work. It is not your average tourist souvenir store. It’s colorful, artsy, and has mystique. Clothes? Stickers? Art to cover the walls and make a gallery?At my request, they also framed and shipped a piece out to me all the way to Atlanta. Super great customer service.
