Lauren Norcross: I use Big Frog often and will continue to use them. The only reason I chose a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is due to the quality of some of their merchandise being on the lower quality side. Customer service there is awesome though!

Eric Sedransk: I brought in a couple of sweatshirts and a hat to get my company’s logo embroidered. The owner of the store was so sweet and they delivered a high quality stitched embroidery product. They also have no minimums, which was important for me. I’m not sure what all the 1 star review’s are about. I’d go back here in a heartbeat for more embroidery.
K S: I came in on December 20 trying to get a custom embroidered item for a Christmas gift and needed it by the 23rd. Understandably, the store was very busy with people also trying to get orders in before Christmas and the item I was looking for was not in stock.Janet saved the day and not only suggested viable alternatives to the item I was looking for, but also called neighboring stores to see if they had it in stock. While that ultimately did not pan out, she gave me advice on what I could do to get this gift in time for Christmas. I was able to pay a rush fee and the store completed my order in time and the embroidery came out beautiful. Thank you so much and Janet deserves a ton of praise for excellent customer service and recognition!
