Not Churchills - they always are ready to listen and send out prompt and fabulous technicians to service my fireplace, no matter what the issue. And they don't charge an arm and a leg to come. They clean up after themselves - if only all repair-people could be like this.

Brittany Eck: I could not be more pleased with my wood burning to gas conversion from Churchill's Fireside & Patio! I had a fire starter gas pipe, but in a tricky position. Jeff had me send some photos and measurements to confirm it would work and then scheduled me for only two days later. I was stunned. In about 48 hours it was installed and it looks amazing. I probably could have saved some money ordering one online and trying to do it myself, but it would not have looked anywhere as amazing as this and it is PERFECT! Jeff is great and really knows this business. I would fully recommend him and everyone at Churchill's.

He then walked me over, we found it together and then he asked if there was anything else I needed. As I checked out, I informed the two misinformed cashiers that the gypsum is on isle 3...no response. This four star review is for Caleb. Lowe's maybe better served by making garden area self-checkout and hire more Caleb's to serve customers!
