Lauren Sollohub: Me and my husband had our wedding here last month and it was amazing! Chris and his wife are truly the best and the venue itself is so beautiful, including the longhorns and the donkeys! Chris even went out of his way to gift our son a care package full of crayons and toys to keep him busy during the ceremony. I highly recommend this venue!

Tony Aguirre: Such a Beautiful venue

Delane Wilson: If you need an officiant....905-4709.. 512.

Kayli Daymon: Absolutely beautiful place. Can't wait to have our wedding here later this year! Several places for the ceremony and love the Groom's Cabin!

McCall Willrodt: Our wedding day at Ranch Austin was everything we hoped it would be! Things didn't go according to the original plan due to some bad weather but still turned out to be the absolute best day. The plan was to have ceremony and reception outside but weather forced us to use our "rain plan". We are so so thankful we had the relatively easy option to move everything inside the hall and it still turned out amazing. Chris and Melissa were responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The guests loved the peaceful surroundings and long horns roaming around!

Emily List Gray: Could not have had a better experience with Ranch Austin!!!!!! From coordinating our very first tour, to a whole year later / wrapping up our perfect wedding night, Chris and Melissa were increidble to work with. They are so friendly, accommodating, have great communication, and much more.- The venue is beautiful. It was the absolute perfect mix of ranch and class that we could not find anywhere else that we looked.- Venue was also the perfect size, with an awesome layout. Makes the wedding move through its stages so seamlessly. We loved everything about the actual grounds and building- Price was extremely reasonable- Highly suggest the package with Blue Events also... Ranch Austin works so well with them and all of their vendors

Sam Wertheimer: Hands down the best option to get married in Austin, we booked it sight unseen and it was so much more than we expected. Its family run and the couple are very nice and accommodating, they provide so much at the venue for a very reasonable price. They also now have Beer Burros you can rent during your reception and its so worth it! They also have both indoor and outdoor options so it was great to have the assurance that we could utilized the indoor area for the ceremony if it rained. Lastly its only 20min from downtown Austin so our families got to enjoy downtown while still getting to be at a ranch for our wedding.I highly recommend booking this spot for your wedding!

Justin Foster: We are so grateful that Chris and Melissa's venue was available for our wedding. Not only was the venue the perfect setting for our multi-cultural, international wedding, Chris and Melissa were great communicators, easy to work with, and had clear instructions but also flexible.

Red Hawk Ridge: was incredibly kind and provided us a warm welcome during out tour.If you are seeking a place where lifelong memories will be made, please give them a call and take a tour. The pictures do not do it justice, you need to see and feel this place to capture its beauty!Highly highly recommend.

Karen Harris: October Wine Fest

Sophia Porter: I am so honored to of had our wedding at The Ranch Austin! By far the best venue we came across, with their attention to detail and help in creating the best day for us, I couldn’t think of a better venue to celebrate your wedding/special occasion at! Thank you, Ranch Austin for all you did for us!

Philip Cho: spacious and friendly owner

Nate Richardson: Nice beautiful establishment. The animals make the scenic view a lot more enjoyable.

Chris Duncan: Had a great wedding here. Gorgeous!

Richard Howard: Wine event not wedding

Jasen Henry: if you're in the area go check it outAtmosphere: 5/5 …

Baowendsom Stephane Bonkoungou: I don't know if it's fatigue. But I didn't find the service extraordinary. The meal, on the other hand, was great.

Alice Kim: I visited Austin because I heard it is famous for its beautiful sunsets. The road to the restaurant has beautiful scenery, so it seems like a good place to take a drive. However, there were so many people that it was almost impossible to find a table, so we couldn't eat the food and had to be satisfied with watching the beautiful sunset on the outdoor terrace.

Bill “Catman” Catoire: This place is huge. Plenty of seating for everyone. The views are spectacular. Right on the lake. Multi levels to sit at. Food was served in a timely manner. Combo fajitas hot the spot. Full bar and they can make any drink. Our waitress made us feel welcomed. Chatorie our waitress kept our drinks full . Very attentive and had a very positive, can do vibe.

mahima sajan: Cozy

Gautam Andotra: Great location, Staff, Amenities and Food. The locations is really great, nice views, close to almost every thing in Austin. The pool, restaurant and bar are great. The on-site food is really really good. Staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Parking is very convenient at the garage or valet. Location was safe and secure. Unfortunately, certain issues kept me from giving it 5 stars. The rooms are dated, need a refresh. Things like seeing room service items sitting in the hallway for a day is not ideal. They also didn’t adhere to some of my booking notes, and left a bottle of wine when we said we don’t drink. It’s the little things that can take this resort to the next level.

Jana Nolen: We picked this hotel on a whim for a very last minute trip to Austin during SxSW. The hotel was amazing and everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming. The room was perfect, clean, and felt more cozy than the normal hotel room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep! We will definitely go back to this hotel.

Brian: I attended a SXSW event at Barr Mansion. The property grounds and facilities are beautiful and kept up very well. You can explore vegetable gardens that sprawl throughout some areas or have a picnic on the vast backyard.

Lorenzo Rebollar: Very good for traveling, highly recommended, I always use it

Brandon M: Signature architecture, with a tranquil garden accent 👌🏻

Barbara Rice: What a gorgeous venue. We went to SXSW All things Food event and enjoyed the beautiful venue. The plants, fountains and trees were stunning. I would attend any event at this venue !!!!

Valerie Michelle Plaza: Just went to a wedding here and it was absolutely dreamy. This venue is not overly done. The food is grown on their farm and the meal was incredibly delicious!!If I were to have a wedding, this is definitely the place I would consider. It was a perfect day and it was nice to have a walk around and admire the property and imagine what it must have been like in it's prime!

Grace Carbajal: ! From the first time we toured the space, my husband and I were in love. The mixture of history, outdoor space and beautiful gardens were everything we didn't know we were looking for.The chef was amazing at helping to curate gluten free options for our celiac guests and create a stunning GF cake for the end of the night! Every single crazy and complicated request I made, Barr Mansion came through. And the millions of emails I sent were always addressed with patience and kindness. On the day of the wedding, everything was handled with such professionalism and precision! Thank you for making it the venue of our dreams! The bar staff, the wait staff, the furniture rentals, the mansion, the drinks, allowing us to bring in late night... literally every aspect was amazing and I am so grateful and lucky to have worked with them.

Jonathan Alvarado: Beautiful

Casondra Thompson: Wonderful staff and good food too! Perfect place for a wedding! It was beautiful.

Angie Oakes: Great venue staff so friendly and food absolutely amazing.

lakeway executive: Great wedding venue. Need more light in the parking lot

Steven Naji: Picturesque wedding venue with a location that is almost impossible to beat

Ari Wells: I wouldn’t be able to say enough kind words about the service provided this weekend. This hotel went over and beyond to accommodate everyone attending my sorority’s conference. The manager even wore pink and green to be festive! Front desk, valet, and the bartenders at Stella San Jac were all very hospitable.Nearby activities: Sixth Street is a block away and there is a food truck park next to the hotel for late bite options.Walkability: Less than five minute walk to both Sixth Street and the Austin Convention Center.Food & drinks: Stella San Jac has great drinks and appetizers.

Melissa Ellis: This hotel was great from start to finish! Staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay, the room was clean and comfortable, the rooftop bar provided a very relaxing space with a beautiful view, the location was only a one block walk to the nightlife on 6th Street and security was provided for guests when entering and leaving the hotel.

Donna: The service provided at the Westin was outstanding. The rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Everyone from the hotel security, the doorman and the front desk staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Always checking in on us and offering their services. My relatives were all staying there for my daughter’s wedding and Cindy Knack took care of all my family members. They were very impressed. Thank you Cindy. And a shout out to Fernando whohelped us out in a jam.Donna C.Rooms: Comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated.Food & drinks: The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious!

Natalia Sifuentes: … that said Casa Chapala is in my top 3 best Mexican restaurants in Austin. Their guacamole is always fresh, the chips and salsas are great

Juan Guzman: Casa Chapala Mexican Restaurant is a true delight! From the moment you're greeted with their delicious chips and guacamole, you know you're in for a treat. And their margaritas? Absolutely fantastic! Sipping on one while enjoying their weekly live music on Wednesday and Thursday nights is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. With acceptable parking options available, Casa Chapala is the ideal destination for a memorable night out with friends or family.

Brian Marsh: Can't here for the flaming queso. Very tasty and fun to watch. You can taste the tequila.Food has great flavor, fresh salsa made table side.

Michel Neray: All the amenities from a top hotel with none of the generic flavor of a 'corporate' hotel. Love the vibe at the LIne!!!Rooms: big, clean, fun.Walkability: In the center of town.Food & drinks: unique menu!Noteworthy details: Great decor. Superb staff who go out of their way to help.

Aykayla Titus: Did nt go in rooms , went in hotel , nice lobby, nice pool area was going to p6 to restarunt but couldn't get in reservations only, and only had reservations for later that night, will try another time. And did valet parking different prices but was no charge since didn't get in restarunt. Put one on rooms did not see hotel rooms.Nearby activities: Other hotels and eating places within walking distance are nice area to walk out on bridge and look at water and buildings.Walkability: Nice walking area, close to other places downtown.Food & drinks: Didn't eat restarunt bar. Down stairs , taco restarunt, and restarunt up stairs roof too water view and street view to bridge.

Juan Ravagli: I stayed here for a two-day conference with work in Feb 2024. The experience was incredible all around, but the reason I'm writing this is to give Bailey a shout-out for going above and beyond. My check-in experience was noteworthy. Bailey went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs, even helping arrange for all my belongings to be taken to my room while I stepped out for a work meeting. It was a small detail, yet an incredible customer experience, especially given how busy the front desk team was at that time. Thank you Bailey!Noteworthy details: My check-in experience was noteworthy. Bailey went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs, and even helped arrange for all my belongings to be taken to my room while I jumped out for a work meeting. What a fantastic small detail, yet incredible customer service and experience. Thanks Bailey.

Victor Jung: Friendly and attentive staff. Great linens and bath products from Cowshed. Coffee bar in the lobby and adjacent Veracruz taco restaurant is a bonus. The pool is a little dated but serves its purpose. The location is the closest to the shoppes and restaurants on Congress Ave. The hotel is one of a three that can see the famous swarm of 1 million bats under the Congress Ave Bridge. Only pet peeve are the long wait for the elevators.Rooms: You don't feel cramped, views we had on the bridge and river were great. Linens, rain shower and Cowshed bath products were awesome.Nearby activities: 10 min walk to everything Austin.Safety: Doorman make you feel safe despite being in the hearr of the business district.Walkability: Walking 👣 distance to 6th Street and shoppes on Congress Ave.Food & drinks: Cafe and Veracruz are bonus.

Teresa: First of all the lake view was beautiful! I looked forward every morning to wake up and see the lake. I love that the boat cruise was right there and the running trail. The lobby was nice and the house keeping was on point with cleaning in a timely manner. The cons were that the rooms were not sound proof I can hear people talk and it was pretty small for a room for 2 beds. The gym is small but has the necessities. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and will come back!Nearby activities: The cruise boats and swan rides are literally by the hotel.

D Hunt: Nicely restored. Water front location on the walking and bike path around the lake. Small pool with a nice deck. The casual lobby restaurant was good, but was the only choice within easy walking distance. Boring cocktail bar. The primary attraction is the huge number of bats living in a bridge that come out at dusk in warm weather - the primary observation location is a quarter mile up the path and will have a thousand or more people, along with rental and tour boats.Rooms: Huge difference in room views so as for water front.Nearby activities: Boat tours and rental boats within a few feet of the hotel property. Worth doing.Walkability: Not walkable except for the lovely paved path around the lake.

Julie R: and dinner for pickup and both meals were worth it. Loved having a Starbucks in the lobby too. Would absolutely stay here again.

T I: Fantastic!!!5/5 service5/5 facilities5/5 food and drinks5/5 location5/5 scenery and surrounding views

Erzsébet Dóra Vályi Nagy: Hotel is very well located and nice. Ryan the vallet was super nice.Walkability: Dowtown is very close and can be walked to from the hotel.Noteworthy details: The breakfast is not a part of the room fare.

Sarah Hay: Stayed here for a “staycation” and loved it. A valet, Ryan, was awesome and took care of my car.

Brittany Postma: Ryan in valet was exceptional! Very professional service.

Peri Bayne: Isa was amazing. She made us feel very comfortable, cracking jokes and making our experience so much more enjoyable.Food & drinks: Yum yum

Drew Magness: Ygit, the manager here was incredibly accommodating and helpful to me. Recommended.

Ebone' W.: This hotel gives ALL the vibes, ALL of them! We stayed during the Texas relays, and everything was perfect. Immediately greeted when checking in, was offered champagne and was upgraded to a city view on a high floor. They don't have an M-Lounge, so we were given breakfast vouchers instead.Rooms are a decent size and really cute. As others stated, the shower is in an open space, so birthday suits will definitely be shown if people walk in and out of the room...HA! The room had a record player , and you can check out records to play, but our stay was too short to take advantage. Now, this rooftop, though!!! I spent all afternoon and evening up there. It's absolutely gorgeous and has a fire pit and heat lamps if needed. Add a bar, food, pool, cabanas, light music and a view.... yall know where I'll be!Breakfast is menu only, and something about those scrambled eggs and their breakfast potatoes wants me to return for just that. I can't speak for lunch or dinner, but as a non breakfast person, it was very good!Lots of places in walking distance, so no worries having to leave the immediate area if you don't want to. Again, we loved it and wish we were there more than 1 night. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Daniel Tarsetti: This place was comfortable with a prime location downtown and a couple of cool bars- one classy one downstairs and one poolside on the roof. They have a record player in each room and a record store downstairs where you can grab whatever vinyls they have for your room with the help of their onsite record hander-outter. Only negative is they didn't have a cot for us when a 3rd buddy joined us for the night.

Steve Freeland: Each room has a record player and there’s a free vinyl lending library in the lobby. Eclectic selection of music available.Food & drinks: Breakfast was excellent; service too!

Bryce Ellington: .I can not say enough good things about how exceptional these three were during my family’s stay. They are the living embodiment of the phrase “20% doing the 80%.”Though, to be clear, we have been exceptionally pleased with the quality of everyone we have experienced since commencing our stay at the Otis

Heather L: We were at the main bar at the Otis on the weekend. Loved the place! Great good, great cocktails! Brian the bartender was very busy but always found the time to laugh and engage with us. What a gem!Food & drinks: We at the bar for and drinks were amazing

Cin Rocha: Been meaning to try this place out, the food was really good. Cute little set up. Next to the gas station. Service was ok, they just took our order and gave it to us. No hello, or how are you, or ty for coming. They seemed.to be having a conversation of thier own. But..what can't complain about the food.Parking: It's in the gas station so parking is limitedWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp available but a tight squeeze for a wheelchair.

Marcus Lott: Rose water.Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Salad Bar, Lamb Gyro, Lamb Shank Plate, Lentil Soup …

Mercedes Sandoval: The food was delicious, the ambiance was cozy, and the staff were super friendly. But it was kinda sad and painful seeing all that leftover food go to waste. My only suggestion would be to consider offering a last-hour half-price buffet for any leftover goodies to minimize waste and give late diners a chance to enjoy your amazing food.

Andrew Grover: While the majority of my friends were at different hotels around Austin I had the privilege of staying at this hotel. The location was superb and the restaurants were terrific. The Bartenders at the Roaring Fork and the upstairs Cigar/Bourbon Lounge were so fun to talk with and the views of the Texas Capitol were phenomenal. The room had everything you needed. It was not crowded at all, which I loved but that seemed to be a rarity!

Eric Rodriguez: Nice boutique hotel, directly next to the Paramount Theatre. I took my wife to a show next door for her birthday, and we decided to stay in Austin instead of driving back at night. You can't beat the location and the food/drink options here and around here are prevalent. Valet parking was convenient. The rooms are nice and cozy with good views. Some of the charging ports were a little dated a the desk and only one side table had plug options, but we found a way to get everything plugged in. We had originally picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool, but the pool was way too chlorinated to enter and it was uncomfortable just being in the room. All-in-all, we'll had a good stay and will probably be back if we have plans in the immediate area again.Rooms: Nice rooms, but I noticed that all the plugs on the desk were loose and wouldn't hold a plug. There also weren't any USB ports at the desk. The bed had USB ports for charging on one side, but none on the other. No USB-c charging ports. Shower/Tub Combo and separate powder area in the bathroom. Single vanity, but reasonable amount of counter space with a small shelf and powder area.Nearby activities: Bars, theaters, and restaurants surround the place.Walkability: Very walkable to the capital, UT, 6th street, and other downtown hot spots.

Justin Godwin: The location can't be beat! The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel -- from the common areas to the rooms -- are nice and clean. However the rooms are in need of a refresh as they are looking quite dated. I also noticed what could only be described as chlorine upon arrival to my room, as if there was a swimming pool located down the hall from me on the 16th floor. My only guess is it's the cleaning products used for bathroom sanitation? Regardless, the room was comfy and quiet.

Beka Dougherty: Stayed in town for almost a week for work. While the rooms was very clean and comfortable, the location was close to lots of great places to eat... it was the service of the staff that really set this stay above other places we've stayed. Everyone on staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. One staff member that went above and beyond for us all week was Brigida. She was spectacular. Our room was always fresh and clean. She smiled and interacted with us in a warm and cordial demeanor. Hotels are easy to find, there is one on every corner. BUT. Good staff is not easy to find! Keep it up JW Marriott!

Karen Robinson: First time visiting this Ruth Chris' and it was very nice. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the atmosphere was great. All the waiters, hotess, and manager were very attentive. Our Waiter, Devon was exceptional. He made sure we had everything we need and came back and checked to make sure everything was as ordered and if we needed anything more than twice. He provide us with exceptional service. We visited the one in Atlanta and the service from the waitress was exceptional there also. The food is worth the price. I have the Lamb Chops and Lobster. Their Crab Cakes and Stuffed Mushrooms are excellent.

Mary M: First time dining here and let me tell you our server certified Mike was the absolute best!
