Chris Vykukal: Maaco paint & body in North Austin did a fantastic job on my vehicle. The whole process from estimate to pickup was smooth and painless. There were no issues with the bodywork and the paint was flawless. There were no issues with overspray or taping, and no orange peel, swirls, or other paint issues. I honestly expected some minor issues since the price is so much cheaper compared to traditional paint and body shops. Just dropped off my truck to get done next.
Neil Kimmelman: Thomas was wonderful! He helped me pick out the right color and they did a really good job with a terrible paint job to begin with. If my car wasn’t a 2005 version, I would think it was brand new!

N S: 2023 KIA Soul EX Bumper Cover replacement: In addition to charging me nearly HALF of what KIA quoted, the techs at the N. Lamar location were fast and there was loads of free entertainment by way of the front office staff - making the short wait seem even shorter.My visits here were extremely pleasant and I didn't feel as if they were trying to "get over" on me with exaggerated pricing. They actually got a quote for the part right in front of me with the phone on speaker. It came directly from KIA and with the associated fees, was still $80+ CHEAPER than KIA Killeen's quote. The price was so reasonable that I opted to pay out of pocket instead of filing an insurance claim.I would absolutely return to have any impending work done. 10 out of 10, I 100% recommend.

C Sand: Hello I just wanted to share my experience with Twomeys, and I've got to say that Carlos Santana were great throughout the whole experience they were very responsive every time I called and I'm a helicopter customer one might say and they were super nice throughout the whole thing every time I called they were courteous let me know what was going on and they worked with us on a good price and with the insurance they really worked with us because the insurance was only going to pay for aftermarket prices but we wanted all original parts put back in our car they worked with us to be able to do that and they found us the cheapest deals they could on the parts and everything looks great I had one little issue when we got the car back the emergency brake wasn't working and so I called them two days later and let them know what was going on and they said go ahead and bring it back in and it took me about 2-3 weeks to get it back in becauseI had somebody pass in the family and also I couldn't afford a rental car at that time so when I was ready to bring it back in there like okay yeah come on bring it back in and they called me 2 days later and told me to go ahead and come pick up my car and that they were going to absorb the cost meaning I didn't have to pay anything. So I would highly recommend Twomey's Auto works. There are some before and after pictures.

Amanda Collins: I’ve never written a review for a company or service before. My car was stolen and involved in an accident and I was hesitant to reach out to body shops because I don’t know much about cars and I know some shops will advantage of that. I started off calling a different body shop, but they didn’t work on Korean cars, so I went to Twomey based on their recommendation.I dealt with Tanner during the process—insurance wouldn’t be covering the cost and everything would be out of pocket for me. He was very kind and patient and I truly felt he wanted to save me money and give me the best price for my situation. Timothy Woods: Brought an old car here after a hit-and-run accident. After being quoted in the $5k range from every body shop in Austin with a 90 day wait. Most places also made me wait a couple weeks just to look at the car. Tony diagnosed the issue in 2 mins after I drove in. He recommend I just buy two the parts I needed and he would attach them for $150. After the parts came, I had to wait for 2 days and then Tony got it done. Ended up costing $850 instead of $5k. Torey Musha: Tony did a phenomenal job at a fraction of the cost of the other guys. He fixed my front bumper but allowed me to skip buying an entirely new front piece because a tiny chip was knocked out saving me hundreds. He even had my car turned around in 4 days which is pretty good as of 3/22.Notes: his shop is down the steep driveway. He only takes checks or cash - no credit cards.

Kristin Z: Flawless paint, fast and affordable. Tony is an honest guy, he works fast and I would recommend him. The shop is a bit hard to find. Just come down the ramp to the auto body place and ask for Tony. I had the side of my car repainted and he removed a huge dent down the side. The paint job was done so well that when I saw it finished, I then noticed how much the rest of my car needed new paint! Word of advice, for both the benefit of you and Tony, take some pics of your entire car before and after because after because he and I both were like “was that there before?” He said it’s super common and ended up doing a little extra work for free, which to me speaks volumes about his level of honesty and care.

James Thomas: My daughter backed into her friend's car hood so we wanted to take care of it without filing a claim.Tony did a great job for a reasonable price and it only took him 2 days! If you're used to going to the big expensive shops, you might wonder if you'll get good results from Tony's little shop. Based on my experience he's a craftsman who does good work, with low overhead. This allows him to be competitive. I have a little work to do on my son's car, and I won't hesitate having Tony do it.

It arrived and was installed within the time frame discussed. My experience was so positive that I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them. They do business the old way. Customer service counts at this company. The owner even called today, a couple of weeks later, to make sure I was completely satisfied and to assure me I have a guarantee on the work they did for as long as I own the vehicle! Chirag Shah: Gerry and his team took the best care of us as they could. There was a lot of the insurers and I felt like we had to manage the job along at times, but pacific did everything they were expected to. Only thing I would improve is communication on timing as significant things happen to the work to be completed. Would definitely recommend.
