Reddy Rajanala: Shopping at local Best Buy location beats online options any day. The in-person experience offers expert advice, hands-on testing, and immediate gratification, making it the go-to destination for hassle-free electronics shopping. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable which is a rare combination now a days. I highly recommend to come check out in person before you shop online.

Would recommend them for sure .... especially if you can find time during the work week to go:

It has a small dent that is barely noticeable. The delivery personnel were timely and efficient. We will definitely go back for future needs!

I highly recommend them and I will use them again when the need arises.

Turner Brown: Declan and Jeremiah showed up on time and were finished with removing my old dryer and installing my new one within about 30 minutes. They even rearranged my washer and dryer set-up to make sure my dryer vent worked better than before. They were both efficient and courteous and the whole process went as well as I could have hoped.3/28/24My appliance had a belt that was making a squealing sound so I contacted Neu Appliance to request a repair technician to take a look. Chris showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also did a full check on the rest of the machine to make sure nothing else needed to be addressed while it was open. The whole process took about an hour and was completely covered by Neu Appliance's warranty. I am even more impressed with their service now and will continue to go back to them for future purchases.

Delivery was smooth came in put it where I wanted it every one from the seller to the delivery person was respectful and helpful definitely recommend & coming back when my washer goes out
