Upon arrival I was met with a very bubbly young lady named Taylor. She introduced herself and the Center with so much pride that I was glad to be apart of it. Her personality, professionalism, and knowledge continued throughout my stay. I found the other employees from maintenance, dietary, physical and occupational therapy, nursing and doctor's staff to be just as talented. The nursing staff stood out because I was most involved with them on a daily basis. I'm sure I won't remember all of their names but I'll try: Isella, Trinity, Yvonne, Espi, etc. If I found myself in similar situations, I would insist on going back to this great establishment.

Philicia Fowler: whom I had the pleasure of working with last night was not only very attentive to her assigned patients but to all the patients, she was readily available all night to aid and assist with all staff assigned to that floor as well as the connecting floor all while having her own patients/work to attend to/do. She is patient welcoming compassionate and very proficient in her job duties and she rock on all levels, the staff was very friendly and readily available to assist as well. Definitely wanna give a shot out to Hector as well a staff nurse that I had the pleasure to relieve. Thorough with giving report and nothing pushed off to the next shift, also making sure I had log in credentials before he left as well as making sure I was able to get logged in effectively. The environment was very peaceful and relaxing and might I add one of the most cleanest and I repeat cleanest 🤗 and beautiful places I have ever worked and have been comfortable sitting down, eating and keeping food in the break room and not being cautious about bringing my work bag in or setting it down anywhere due to the uncleanliness. Also having supplies and meds that are available omg omg. Each patient has their own individual room, allows for more privacy and more of home like setting as well. Michael Rocha: This facility is amazing. I had to get care do to some complications from a surgery I had. Staff was excellent. In fact I would like to shout out Ingris, Hector, Sophia, Jerry, and Amy. Each of them made my stay great. PT and OT were amazing as well. I felt safe and cared for throughout my stay. Hopefully I don't need this help again but if I do I know what facility to call.

festive destroyer: I'm a former patient I'm 30 now I was in-patient form 17 yr old to 18 I ended my stent as a phase 3 motivator. for some reason I was thinking about my time at phoenix austin it was a growing experience I was an involuntary patient, a nudge from a judge but I'm glad I went met some awesome and interesting kids and the staff was amazing. The pictures on the page showe how far the facility has come it looks so different from when I made my stay I am now happily married with 3 beautiful daughters had it not been for these ppl I would not have the beautiful life I have now.if someone could remind me of the motto I wouldn be grateful I can not remember after all these years
