Sergio Garza: Going to the emergency room at 2am is never a good time but if there’s any hospital to go to with wonderful caring staff it is this one. Every single person in that place I encountered was very professional, kind and caring. Granted, I too was kind but it’s common sense to treat people how you want to be treated. I want to say thank you to my nurse Allison who looked after me. I know it’s her job but it was nice to feel cared for, for a change.
Iza Camacho: Love this place and especially Doctor Kaylor.and Megan our nurse. We did not wait in waiting room for more than 10 minutes. Once in the room the nurses were very attentive. Doctor walks in talks to us then ordered a CT scan. We are now walking out after 2 hours and 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place.❤️

LANETTE JOHNDROW: asked me what my biggest fear was so we could talk about it. I cried as we talked about it and they were very compassionate. They told me what to expect pain wise and even asked on a scale of 1-10 at what point would I start taking medication. Renee Slaughter: Unfortunately, I had to go to the emergency room and the Heart Hospital was thankfully nearby.Saying these wonderful people are heros doesn't even touch how wonderful they all were. The emergency room was packed and it seemed we were all there with heart issues. I listened to the kind comforting words EVERY staff member spoke to nervous patients including myself. The folks have a hard and I'm sure sometimes very stressful job and remain calm at all times.I simply cannot thank them enough.

The hospital kept me informed at every step of the way during his admission via text messaging and phone call. From a patient perspective my husband was beyond satisfied. I’ve been to Seton NW, a couple of times now, and I’ve had the luck of having them both as my care providers on each visit. They ensured I was comfortable and well cared for in the emergency department. Both took their time with me, didn’t rush me out, and made me feel at ease because I knew I was getting great care. Medicine, in general, needs more providers like Dr. Von Dohlen and Mauren. Thank you both for the awesome care.

But this is the best I wanna thank these special nurses..bless 4th floor she was always on time with every little thing that I ask her for she never kept me waiting ..my catheter came out so it caused me to urine all over myself she went out her way to put a another one place I was on contact so every time when the lady came to drop off my food she made sure I will get my tray so I can have hot food she made sure I was cleaned up an not sitting in urine I would rate this whole hospital a 1000 im so glad I live 15 minutes away so if something do happen AN I need hospital care I can come to this hospital I feel so much love and nurse Maddie she was so sweet and patient with me she took great care of me always honestly this the best hospital with the best nurses nurse leader Olivia you got all the Great nurses an you are a great supervisor nurses are the best I promise I never ever wrote a review but I had too your nurses are the sweetheart they are the best...I went by my middle name Renee room 432

Linda Rosamond: Had my surgery for my back there in January of 2022 and going back in May of this year for spinal cord stimulator implant. The staff were wonderful, caring and compassionate. Had a view of the rooftop garden. Recommend this facility.
Connie Roberts: I am so pleased with how St. David treated me when I had my hip surgery. They offered classes to help me know what to expect before surgery, during surgery and after surgery. The nurses and doctors were very open to my questions and did all they could to help me. I felt like I was royalty. I would recommend this place for anybody
Ruben Leal: I couldn’t ask for better care from an ER; from the check-in process to treatment, everything was superb. Dr. Choi was great; he listened, kept me informed, and made sure I was comfortable before I was discharged. Louis has the greatest bedside manner and ensured I was well cared for; if I have to be seen again in the future, no doubt this will be my first stop.
Jana Percer: I went to the ER because I wasn't feeling good. I had an amazing experience. It started with the ER. Then when I couldn't go hone safely it continued. I was put in a room. I received 5 star care from Lupe Palma PCT, Jasmin RN, Mark RN, Shaneka PCT, Natalie LVN and Mark Davis and the whole radiology team. I cannot say enough, THANK YOU.
Maria Bloom: My daughter went in with a fever and stomach pain and ended up being admitted the staff made her feel special and the dr were amazing trying to figure out what was wrong with her so much time and she was quite the puzzle but our stay was amazing and Bella and dr Whitley were amazing during our stay

Then I met my anesthesia team and those ladies were just awesome. I hate that I can't remember their names but I was on drugs a short while after. After my surgery, all loopy but still remember all the nurses and staff being super friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking good care of me!

Mark Anthony Gutierrez: I participated in a research study every early morning for a month. It was tough, but that's only because I'm not a morning person. These folks made it super easy; they were friendly, they were informative and forthright, they were helpful when I asked questions about my skin, and they paid me like they promised at the end.Very cool experience. To be honest, because of them, I could put a nice down payment on my Lasik surgery. I literally see clearer because of them. Super grateful!

Asif Hashem: Overall, the Dermatologists, Nurses, Clinicians, and Front Desk are professional and friendly.You are left to manage your own symptoms.I am towards the end of my 14 visit Atopic Dermatitis study.My right hand itched a lot during the study, but according to the study rules, I could not use my Eczema skin creams.I saw an improvement in my Atopic Dermatitis towards the end of the trial from the anti-itching pill.The study paperwork explains pretty well how the study works in detail. Also, any questions you might have are answered quickly.I would recommend DermResearch, Inc., for their professionalism, efficiency, and good rapport with the study participants.

Brian Miller: I'm in a 9 month study for Toenail Fungus, so far all is great. Docs, techs and staff are all great! Place is clean, accommodating and a pleasure to visit, hoping the treatment works!Well it turns out I'm in a 14 month study, I'm not going there... Study didn't work to alleviate the to jam, it's research. You will need to stay on top of them about your compensation payouts, other than that it's been great.
