Michel Neray: All the amenities from a top hotel with none of the generic flavor of a 'corporate' hotel. Love the vibe at the LIne!!!Rooms: big, clean, fun.Walkability: In the center of town.Food & drinks: unique menu!Noteworthy details: Great decor. Superb staff who go out of their way to help.
Aykayla Titus: Did nt go in rooms , went in hotel , nice lobby, nice pool area was going to p6 to restarunt but couldn't get in reservations only, and only had reservations for later that night, will try another time.And did valet parking different prices but was no charge since didn't get in restarunt. Put one on rooms did not see hotel rooms.Nearby activities: Other hotels and eating places within walking distance are nice area to walk out on bridge and look at water and buildings.Walkability: Nice walking area, close to other places downtown.Food & drinks: Didn't eat restarunt bar. Down stairs , taco restarunt, and restarunt up stairs roof too water view and street view to bridge.

The experience was incredible all around, but the reason I'm writing this is to give Bailey a shout-out for going above and beyond.My check-in experience was noteworthy. Bailey went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs, even helping arrange for all my belongings to be taken to my room while I stepped out for a work meeting. It was a small detail, yet an incredible customer experience, especially given how busy the front desk team was at that time. Victor Jung: Friendly and attentive staff. Great linens and bath products from Cowshed. Coffee bar in the lobby and adjacent Veracruz taco restaurant is a bonus. The pool is a little dated but serves its purpose. The location is the closest to the shoppes and restaurants on Congress Ave. The hotel is one of a three that can see the famous swarm of 1 million bats under the Congress Ave Bridge. Only pet peeve are the long wait for the elevators.Rooms: You don't feel cramped, views we had on the bridge and river were great. Linens, rain shower and Cowshed bath products were awesome.Nearby activities: 10 min walk to everything Austin.Safety: Doorman make you feel safe despite being in the hearr of the business district.Walkability: Walking 👣 distance to 6th Street and shoppes on Congress Ave.Food & drinks: Cafe and Veracruz are bonus.

Alice Kim: I visited Austin because I heard it is famous for its beautiful sunsets. The road to the restaurant has beautiful scenery, so it seems like a good place to take a drive.However, there were so many people that it was almost impossible to find a table, so we couldn't eat the food and had to be satisfied with watching the beautiful sunset on the outdoor terrace.
Bill “Catman” Catoire: This place is huge. Plenty of seating for everyone. The views are spectacular. Right on the lake. Multi levels to sit at. Food was served in a timely manner. Combo fajitas hot the spot. Full bar and they can make any drink. Our waitress made us feel welcomed. Chatorie our waitress kept our drinks full . Very attentive and had a very positive, can do vibe.
