Cheyenne Koerth: Trusting your phone to someone for a fix is always a scary experience, but Autumn P did an amazing job with customer service, soothing our nerves and did an awesome repair on a pretty hefty crack on my wife’s phone. She took the time to explain all of our options, give us recommendations and then gave us time to decide without any pressure.She also made recommendations for us based on what we told her and did a great job protecting our other devices! My wife’s phone was even ready ten minutes before the quoted time!!This was our first third party repair experience and as long as Autumn is working for ifixubreak, we won’t go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend their service especially for Apple products which are harder to repair!

Alec Williams: Austin Electronics Repair Center was one of the best electronic repair shops I have ever been to. Small but the owner really knows his stuff. I had an issue with my curved monitor and the first few places I called would not even touch it, but I brought it into this place and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. I was able to drop it off on a Friday and pick it up Saturday morning. Really excellent work and for a great price! Highly recommend!!

Talked to the owner, a great honest man.I asked him for a quote to replace my power button and clean my charge port and he gave a completely reasonable price and it went great. My phone screen went out the same day and I walked back in and he took care of it in like 10 minutes. He showed me his part costs and did the labor himself. I will be coming back and so will my family.

Adam Newman: Dispatched by LG for warranty fridge repair. Got a compressor replacement done at home on a Sunday the day after reporting it. The technician knew what they were doing and brought the parts with them. No messing about no return trips. No excuses, just fixed.
Worth Payton: I needed my Sony TV repaired. They took about 24 hours to get back to me with what was wrong with it as well as a price estimate. The TV was ready the next day.They were very nice people and the price was reasonable. I really appreaciated how quickly the whole process was. I would go 100% go back again.

John Whitmer: Dean and his team were the only postive aspect of a very frustrating process with our Hisense fridge. We were without a fridge for over a month. But Dean TV and appliance repair were fast, nice, and competent.Our fridge broke after just 2.5 weeks service. Hisense warranty was slow , incompetent deceptive, and the first repair company not very good. When Dean and his team became involved, they helped to hold the the warranty folks accountable and got the right part ordered. When Hisense finally got the part to Dean. They had it installed and our fridge working in less than 24hrs! Then Dean checked on us the next day to make sure everything was still working well. Awesome service!!

He found the problem quickly and replaced the compressor.When the issue didn’t resolve completely, he responded to our calls and politely came back to take care of it.We highly recommend him!

Clarence Asbury: Had a decent experience, took my phone there for repair because Best Buy didn’t have the part and due to work and other things couldn’t be without phone for the time it would take for them to order and hold phone. So I went to Apple Genius Bar and had the work done there, however after repair phone wouldn’t start back up and they in turn gave me brand new phone! Same cost as repair! Apple care + is a must! Highly recommend this store!
