I just went in for the first time in a few years 😅 and they had a plan to quickly get x-rays to confirm everything and then got right into fixing all that needed to be addressed. Ashley Jacobs: I was referred to this dentist by a friend of my husband's. I already was seeing a Dentist who was nice enough but I've wanted a second opinion because I felt like there were some issues they were not listening to me about and I was having pain as a result. So I went to see Dr. Christian. From the ladies at the front desk, I was given clear instructions and made to feel very very welcome. Everybody was so kind and friendly from the minute I even scheduled my appointment and then walked in. I always have a little bit of anxiety when I go to the dentist because let's face it, Although it is very necessary, it is not always the most fun thing to do lol. The doctor and his staff Put me at ease let me feel like I was in control of a somewhat long and Difficult procedure. Knowing that my comfort was very important to them helped my peace of mind so much, because other places I was going to if I told them I felt pain they would just tell me I felt pressure, and then would drill on a live nerve for example. But doctor Christian and his staff were so kind and attentive and they really seemed to care how I was feeling in the chair and also after my procedure. I found out that I had a cracked tooth and the other dentist I had been seen was just going to take my money for a Crown that was gonna last maybe a year because that tooth was like a gram cracker and just crumbling!! Not only that, But the other dentist I had been seen completely missed the fact that I had a cracked root ! I am so so happy that I went to Franklin Square dental for a second opinion. And in the mean time while waiting for my permanent Crown to arrive, I had in something and my temporary came off. They got me in like immediately and fixed my temporary Crown and even gave me one to take home just in case. I have never been given as thorough and wonderful dental care as I have a with dr christian. Every time I go in now, it's like walking in to a good friends house where everybody knows you and they say Hi and they ask how you're doing and they actually seemed to care. If you want an honest dentist who will tell you the best plan of action with out ripping you off and you want someone who will do great work at a fair price and treat you with respect and be considerate of your comfort level, then this is the place for you. I will hopefully never go to any other dentist now that I have found this wonderful place. To all the staff, you have my sincere and true heartfelt wish that I hope you guys know how wonderful my experience has been and it's all because of you guys!!❤
