Jake Zoccoli: We were visiting Austin for a concert and found this little gem. The staff treated us like family, and the locals were as friendly as you could hope for. We visited Dive Bar 3 out of the 5 days we were in Austin. They don't serve food, but Belle and Bella will encourage you to order it in! Wonderful experience and an easy recommendation!
Marcus East: This is an outstanding bar and restaurant that everyone should visit when they are in Austin. My wife booked it as a last minute dinner after SXSW and we were amazed by the both food and the service.The ceviche was one of the best we have ever tasted, and the Chicken Entree was excellent. The mocktails were brilliant - we both had one based on Lyre's London Spirit, which tasted like real gin, but better.Best of all, our waiter, Jordan, was the perfect host and delivered just the right dose of Southern hospitality to make this a very memorable evening. Highly recommended!

Lisa Davis: This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but their libation offerings are amazing. Their drinks are so good! We ordered a pizza pie and some pretzels with cheese and would do it again!

Cheryl Monson: Fun bar!I loved their jukebox and the phone booth photo op!They have a big menu.Loved the outdoor area.Loved the giant jenga blocks that we can play with.Nice pool room.Loud music, you have to shout in order to chat with the people next to you.Seemed like a lot of people were there solo.They have a pizza menu.It was easy to park for free on the street of the bar on a Friday night at 9 pm.They have weekly specials offered.

CVW Associates: It’s been years since I frequented this bar. Last Saturday proved it’s just as cool. GREAT music on the jukebox.
Mark W. Doran: A dive bar, simple and pure. Drinks are cheap, staff is friendly, people are friendly. Has one of the best jukeboxes in town, a couple of pool tables, and a covered outdoor patio with seating. No food served here, no beer taps, and no Budweiser products. Been visiting for years and hasn't really changed which i enjoy. No windows and dark indie if you trying to hide out for a while.

Julia A: Very cool place and decoration. Went during the holiday season so the decoration was Christmas themed. It’s a nice place to explore but the downside was that the drinks were not that good. I would visit again and go for beers.

Kennadi Elissa: Loved this place! Bartender was kind and drink prices were fair/average. The singer performing was very funny and excellent as well. Bathrooms were clean! Drinks were strong and tasty. The rooftop is very cute. I love the inside decor and furniture. It wasn’t too crowded, but I assume it gets busier on weekends. Definitely a must try spot! We had a great time. View is nice too!
Jennifer Green: Shiner's Saloon is the quintessential dive bar gem in downtown Austin. The vibrant atmosphere, NIGHTLY live music, and a big selection of 32 beers on tap make it a must-visit. There's something for everyone and is more low key. The bartender Jacob downstairs was kind and helpful helping us find a beer we like. I'll definitely be back for more good times and live tunes!

Jason Hertz: This place is a really cool sports bar. I'm giving it five stars on service even though you order on your phone there was a bartender there that took great care of us. We were only ordering waters and diet Cokes and stuff like that and the guy could have been anymore on it. I really appreciate that and will definitely go back to this place.Also if you're looking for a good place to watch sports they got a ton of TVs here So we had some pretty decent food and a million TVs to watch and from what I hear it gets pretty rowdy and there's a lot of fun during game days!

Tim Anderson: Bars aren't my scene, but I liked the vibes here. The atmosphere was great, and the bartenders were efficient, professional, friendly, and approachable. The place didn't feel cramped, and it helps that the bouncer was counting the number of people entering and exiting. For photos, videos, or highlight reels, there's a huge wine glass they serve a frozen drink in. The drink tasted alright. The looks and experience of sharing the drink was fun though as long as one is okay with drinking from the same cup as others.

Jessica Lauren: Superb staff.... something about the vibe there is light and airy, aside from the ceilings. Feng shui on point, though. Also, I took my New Orleans friends there for the food trucks when visiting and they RAVED. It just happened to be the crayfish boil time, too. I did NOT expect it to compete....sorry, but it is kind of a thing there in Louisiana. Curry + crayfish - I do recommend. Kiindi can't be better.... I literally ponder the quality of the ingredients and the separation of flavors. It's really something. The onion...tastes like onion. Shouldn't be a rare thing, but it is.
