Kent Barnes: So far, Penski has done an excellent job. When I had difficulty with my truck, they fixed it; when I needed extra time on the rental agreement, they worked it out for me. Michelle, one of their agents whom I spoke with on the phone was incredibly helpful. I could hear he speech, she was competent and able to help me quickly; she not only listened but knew how to be helpful. Thank you, whoever trained MIchelle. Thumbs up!
camille rosales: What a great experience with Ausencio at this location. He took the time to offer us an electric truck which was such a delight. The customer service provided by Ausencio will for sure make me come back again. This is my new location to rent trucks. I was able to get a truck same day with no delays. The truck was clean and super new. Overall If you have to move something on your own this is the place to go.

Shay S: I have to say even after all the negative reviews and budget didn't have a truck for me I went with them and they had good service. I was running a lil behind on returning the truck and I called to let them know and no one would ever pick up which kept having a automated system keep going thru the prompts so I gave up and just returned it the price obviously came out alil different which is understandable. The receipt didn't show why I had to pay extra but I did sweep out the unit and interior so I wouldn't get charged a cleaning fee which I don't think I was but I thk the difference was due to me returning it about 45 mins late. The dude at check in didn't immediately acknowledge me while he was blowing out another truck but it was done in a timely manner. I am giving 4 stars due to the extra charges not being specified on the receipt.
Matthew Teets: I see a lot of negative reviews, but Xavier really took great care of me on Thanksgiving day no less. Awesome customer service. He was the only person I dealt with but he was awesome in getting my rental straightened out.

I appreciate that they both went above and beyond and even though it was really busy, they were so nice! Thank you ladies!
KC Sherman: I scheduled my hitch installation online, pre paid, and my drop off was a breeze at 8/am on a Friday. No waiting. I got a phone call when my vehicle was done that afternoon, and received my receipt and warranty on my way out.
