Mark Rother: Eclipse in Austin, Texas was a super job for rental companies. Pickup at midnight went well. The only "problem", was a sign inside the locked booth at the garage pick up site said gas was $2.73, if I let Entetprise fill it up at the return. The attendant explained that the price had gone up to $2.90 a gallon. Since this was a reasonable price I agreed to have Entetprise fill up the tank after I returned the car.When I received the final bill. The cost of gas was $4.43. 53 cents more a gallon than I was told. 10 gallons times 53 cents is not a whole lot of money, but the principle was that Entetprise did not uphold their part of the contract.Otherwise. It was a delight to rent from the Austin Entetprise Airport.
Steve S: This review is from my experience at Austin TX airport. Brian who welcomed me was very helpful and efficient. The process was complete in a matter of minutes. I did not experience any issues upon returning the truck. Upon arrival at the return center John immediately greeted me and did a complete look over of the vehicle. The entire process took a minimal amount of time making sure I was not delayed in getting to my flight.
