Also they welcome texting and calls to get updates on how my dog is doing, which is reassuring when I'm traveling. I really appreciate their hospitality with my dog and me as his mom. It's reassuring to know he is being fed, given his favorite treats, toys, and blanket that gives him the comfort of home while staying at BHV. I highly recommend kenneling your dog at BHV.

I also like that someone is always onsite with the dogs overnight while they are boarding. It's an added level of security and safety that I really appreciate. I really like that they have the white picket fence pens for the dogs. It gives my dog his own space to decompress and sleep between play sessions and he can have his toys/bed from home when he is boarding. I also like that the pens are open at the top so it doesn't feel like a kennel. I love the free range playtime because my dog comes back tired from playing with his friends. The pictures posted to facebook are a bonus because I can check in on my pup to see how his day was. We have been clients of BHV for over a year now. I highly recommend BHV for your furbaby.

Rebecca Liu: My experience with Jackie's Play and Stay have been with the following services: overnight boarding, day care, and grooming.Boarding: I was nervous about the overnight boarding because I was concerned my dog would be stressed in that environment overnight. I emailed them to request an update on my pup, as it was her first time at a boarding facility. They responded quickly and assured me that she slept through the night, was her usual playful self, and was un-phased by the experience. Finding a boarding facility to trust is difficult, especially with the amount of dogs that are typically at these places. The staff are so communicative and quick to respond. They make me and my pup feel extra comfortable!Daycare: No other day care tires my dog out like Jackie's. They do a great job facilitating the different play sessions, and my dog has made so many great friends here. They are also always looking out for the best interest of the dogs and it makes me feel relieved to be able to drop off my dog here for the day. The hours are also super convenient, and they have also accommodated me if I needed flexibility in the drop off/ pick up times.Grooming: My dog has received a bath and nail trimming here on several occasions. They do a great job with the nail trimming. The bath is typically an express bath, so not like the groomers. It is a great way to pick up your pup when they are all clean and fresh after a day at daycare. Sometimes my dog can be stinky from playing so much with other dogs, so the bath is a super convenient option!

Chloe Costello: We love sending our girl here for daycare as its just around the corner from our home. It's nothing too special, really just a big block of concrete slab in the back, no grass or huge space to run unfortunately, but the staff seem to be engaging and very loving to all dogs during the day. We've always been greeted politely at pick up/drop off and they seem very organized and well-run. Booking and payment is easy, doesn't also seem like they ever overbook. We've never had any issues with anything with our dog, other dog altercations, staff, payment etc. and will continue to go!!!

Anna Buchanan: I can not recommend Dogtopia more! I got a sweet Staffy from the shelter earlier this year and I hadn't been able to take her to the dog park because of her fear and severe anxiety. I reached out to Dogtopia and told them about her and they had me bring her in for a meet and greet. Although the first day was a little nerve racking for her, the team was extremely kind and supportive and invited her back. Today is her 4th day and it is one of the best feelings watching the camera and seeing her walking around, playing with other dogs, wagging her tail with a big smile. That's because of hearing about horror stories online and mistreatment. This specific dogtopia location is fantastic, and always greets and treats Grogu the best. We love dropping him off every time and seeing how excited he is to see them and stay there. When we moved recently further away from this location, we still take him here regardless because of the staff. 😅 there's literally a location 5 minutes away from our new apartment, but no way in hell am I taking him somewhere new.

EVERY DAY I have received the warmest of vibes and excellent service at every single drop-off / pickup. The staff have always alerted me if there are any things they notice out of the ordinary and once when I was racing out of town but my boarding dog needed to go to the vet, they took her and handled everything for a small and reasonable fee. My dog has done some extended boarding here -- 10-14 days at stretch and I have TOTAL PEACE OF MIND because I know the great care they give her.This staff and place is exceptionally special. My dog likes no one outside of family ... so the Pups & Pals staff must be her family because she Loves them and all the dogs she plays with. I also love the big, viewable play yard...it's so fun to see all the dogs together, as well as the phenomenal, daily social media posts of pics and videos. They also make holidays fun with lobby decor and fun pics with the doggies. I also appreciate how the DeeDee the owner takes care of her staff and communicates with customers. I also appreciate that there is one customer at a time in the lobby -- sometimes it's a tiny bit of a wait in the car line -- but I don't mind, knowing they are giving the attention and service to whoever's in there because that is what they give me and my doggie. And that lobby is always clean and smells nice -- don't know how they do it with all those dogs! A very special place and staff. Big Love and Gratitude to Pups & Pals!

Dr Shelley Kaplar: Mochi has been coming to Train My Dogs since February of this year. I wasn't happy with his first daycare as it was a mass free for all of what looked like a mosh pit. His second daycare wasn't a good fit due to their space or lack thereof and a few other happenings. They say the third time is the charm, and it definitely is with finding Train My Dogs in my daycare research.I will admit I did do an intake of breath when I saw the price compared to what I had been paying. Then I looked at everything that was provided. The increase was only a $13 difference to what I was paying. What I was gaining with this price increase was priceless! I loved how on the first email exchange they sent me photos of the facility to squash my concerns due to my prior experiences. They do positivity training with Mochi when he is there, and he only goes twice a week. It's like valet a dog since they don't have a reception area. I call they come out to get Mochi in the morning and bring him out when I call to pick him up! I love that every time he goes it's like bringing home a new dog with everything he has learned, and it's always a surprise on what he likes to show off what he can do!The staff is absolutely amazing! There is constant communication, and I'm talking real communication not the blasé “he had fun today at daycare....” where you wonder if they even noticed your dog.Mochi suffers from FOMO so when he's not waiting by the door on Monday's and Thursday's his daycare days, he is trying to convince me he needs to be going more often. This typically is done in a more dramatic fashion if he was Facebook Famous that week.

And the pricing for all of this was unbelievably modest - I didn’t really pay more than a few extra dollars a week to have my dog cared for by experts!

Marisa Garcia: My dog Roman joined the South Austin Dogtopia family March of 2022. During the time, I was looking at several daycares in the south Austin area for Roman as I was about to begin transitioning back into my army career after being home for a year recovering from a broken back I sustained during a military parachuting training exercise in 2021. Roman was only 10 weeks old when I got injured and with me having such high physical limitations, Roman had to grow up a little bit differently. But he adapted and matured into a very caring loving dog. I could not have asked for a better dog to have by my side during my recovery process. So when it was time to return to duty, I was determined to find a daycare that would be able to provide me some peace of mind by knowing that Roman would be with the right people and get the proper care and attention he deserved.I found Dogtopia online their website provided great information and details about the services they provided. I was extremely in awe when I learned about the Dogtopia foundation and that they fund programs focused around a cause that is very close in my heart, which is service dogs for veterans. From that moment, I was committed lol. I scheduled a meet and greet and met the team within the same week. The team were lovely and made us feel extremely welcomed. I enrolled Roman into one of their wellness plans and he attended twice a week for a period of time. After every visit, he came home super happy and rightfully exhausted lol.Currently, due to how sporadic the military life can be at times, we are not home enough for Roman to attend as much as we did in the beginning. But when last minute plans happen and I need care for Roman, Dogtopia South Austin is reliable and always there for us. When we do get to be home, I make it a priority to schedule Roman a day of play at Dogtopia. The staff always welcome us back with open arms and express how much they are happy to see him. Hearing that from the Dogtopia staff, reminds me that Roman is loved and cared for in the same way he is at home.Dogtopia South Austin is more than just a daycare to us, they have become a family to us. I trust the staff with my fur baby and I enjoy receiving report cards/photos about his day. Tripp: are so good to all the animals and take their jobs very seriously. They don’t ever get onto the animals, they are only allowed to use positive affirmations to get all of our dogs to behave and respond to them when they are working together. Sometimes, there may be 25-30 dogs in a room, but it doesn’t matter. The staff is highly trained and knows how to handle any situations with our animals. I’m so glad I found this place and put my 2 dogs in day care here.

We had never left our fur baby any where before so we didn't know how she would do and we where really anxious in doing so. Bed and biscuits where patient us recommended us to leave her for a day and she how she would do. So we did another day because she seemed nervous. The second day we were told she did amazing. We went on our trip and they gave us updates daily , sent pictures, and got back to us when we called to let us know how she was doing. She made friends and seemed so happy. We picked her up when we got back and she seemed sad to leave. We are so satisfied with the service and the care for our girl. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

Our youngest dog had anxiety issues and after some training was ready to try out a day and then overnights. He and our other dogs all enjoy it, are excited when they get dropped off and pretty much wiped out from they play and outside them they get by the time we pick them up.
