Henry Zhang: Anthony should be the employee of the month. I came in and placed an order with someone else. The decision was hasty so I wanted to revise it the second day. Anthony took care of me and offered tremendous help although the original order was not placed by him. He went out of his way to offer me his suggestions. The end result was marvelous.

Carolyn White: Exceptional Customer Service from Dustin at the Gateway store and Michelle at the Round Rock location! Both went out of their way to show me many photos of the travertine and marble installed which I needed to see to have the confidence to go with a natural stone, as I’m experiencing a lot of color variation with other sources. It’s amazing that they will guarantee satisfaction when the product arrives or you are not obligated to accept it. That’s HUGE for me! Also the store displays REALLY help and knowing they offer all the matching trim pieces for the natural stones as well.

Reese McCrea: Guys were awesome. Nathan helped us finishing designing our tile for master bathroom remodel. Price was great his suggestions were great and the tile looks Amazing! Next door Granite Direct for countertops and sink install not as great.
Stacy Byers: We have been in a very long process of building a home. During this process, Nathan was amazing in helping me with ideas and selections for tiling and flooring. Recently we had a pretty big snafu with our contractor on the installation of our hardwood flooring. As a result the wood we originally selected was out of stock. Nathan immediately jumped in action to try and help problem solve to ensure we didn't lose time. He went out of his way by calling the manufacturer, logistics teams and warehouse to see what we could do. While the original selection was not going to be available for more than a month, Nathan stayed late at work to help me select an alternative. He worked his magic in finding stock that our installer could pick up the next day. Nathan could have easily said, "I'm sorry, you'll have to wait", but his passion and determination for wanting to help was "significant" in keeping our progress on track and we couldn't have done it without him. I've been in the customer service business for over 32 years and I can tell you Nathan stands out and will be recommending both he and the Tile Guy to anyone who is looking for great products and amazing experience. Kara Walker: Kevin and his team have been amazing and I’ll be a repeat customer as well as recommend them. As we all know, home renovations are stressful. Getting the timing right and staying within budget takes a lot of work. Kevin and his team are able to deliver both. Kevin also really cares and wants to make things right. I had an unforeseen issue where some of the flooring was bowing more than normal. This wasn’t a typical issue they had seen before and it wasn’t their fault but Kevin was there helping make it right. It has been the best customer service and a testament to the reason why they are still in business.

That's The Tile Guy. They are the tile, flooring, material store that you can't believe is so great. Lately, every service provider has needed to schedule appointments or make reservations. At The Tile Guy some one has always been available to work with me as soon as I walked in the door. You can't beat the prices, they are professional, courteous, their turn around time after ordering materials is absurdly fast, and they let you take samples home so you can see them in your space. Now, if you're still wary about how amazing this place is, just ask for NATHAN. Nathan is the man! He knows his materials, he works with your vision, he can recommend anything you need or want, and if you email him he always responds within the hour if not the same day. I have been so happy with my bathroom remodel and a lot of that is due to the beautiful tile, the great materials, and the customer service I have received from The Tile Guy.

Ben S: We recently remodeled four bathrooms and visited many stores to pick and purchase our tiles. This place, in our experience, had the most and best selection. Their system of assigning a sales associate to our account is very efficient and convenient making communication more predictable and hassle free. Nathan helped us with our selection and purchase and made some great design suggestions that turned out much nicer than what we had in mind. Thank you.
Christina Webb: The Tile Guy was helpful through every step of the way. They allow you to borrow big samples of flooring to compare in your home. They also help you compare alternatives online if they don’t quite have what you want.There was an instance where they thought our flooring was backordered and we might not be able to get it until the end of August. Since we were on a deadline they offered to help us pick out alternatives. However, by some miracle we were able to get it so we didn’t have to go that route.Communication with them was simple and easy. They also had a user friendly portal that made paying online a breeze.Overall, I would use them again.

Sidney Sharp: If you're looking for decorative terra cotta or concrete blocks for the garden or to trim your property, you already know that you can't find them at Lowes or Home Depot. These folks have a nice selection. I didn't pay for shipping and they promptly provided a refund when one block arrived in pieces.
jim conrad: Beautiful handmade terracotta bullnose tiles. Our 6x12" tiles all measured 5.5x11.5" with the expected minor variations from one to another. I recommend acquiring samples of the actual tile shape, not just a color sample, so you know what to expect. Our tiles sawed cleanly w/o shattering as encountered with some handmade tiles.
David Strauss: My wife and I have been doing our own home renovations for a couple years and searched long and hard for the perfect tile. We were thrilled when we came across the thin glazed brick from Clay Imports and loved their Blue Lagoon tile. We initially had just planned to use it for our walk in shower wall but ended up loving it so much we also chose to do our entire kitchen backsplash with the same tile. The thin glazed brick is wonderfully imperfect and varied in a way that gives our walls delightfully vibrant character. We couldn't be happier!

ralph spencer: I had a great experience with Jesse and his team. I’m a contractor, so I’m sure that I’m tricky to work with. Jesse seamlessly incorporated my multiple design changes throughout the process and accurately tracked costs. The workmanship was stellar. The crews were always tidy, I couldn’t be happier with the product. Honestly, I wish I had more tile work to do so I could hire him again.
Noah Wamble: Jesse did an excellent job on our job and knows his stuff! We found some surprises as typically happens when you start a renovation, and he charged us very fairly for the extra work that needed to be done and honored the original quote which we really appreciated. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because our job did take slightly longer than anticipated, but again the quality was excellent so I would recommend that you use Jesse!

Nancy Evans: I have remodeled several areas in our home and dealt with a decorator, contractor, plumber, etc. When we decided to redo a guest bath with a walkin shower, I knew it had to be simple for me to manage, quality work , good looking, and reasonable in time. I found the Young website and was very impressed. I reached out by email and got a prompt reply. In a short amount of time we had a contract with the date I had hoped to begin. I had the job of selecting tile from their suggestions, shower doors, and fixtures. Dustin totally got the work organized, gave me a schedule, and the work began on time.
