He is friendly, he knows what he is doing, and seems to like his company. Andrew? ( I hope I remembered that correctly) was there helping and doing his part. These guys got in, took out the old and put in the new in no time. I feel very secure in my purchase and happy about the experience we have had. If you are looking for a new appliance and you don't mind a few bumps and bruises cosmetically, you have to go with Neu Appliances. We will definitly go back for further appliance purchases.
