Andrés Barragán: Last week, I placed an order for a desk, and I was impressed by the speedy delivery. Upon receiving it, I found the desk to be sturdy and of high quality. However, there was a minor issue – one side of the desk was damaged. Because I needed the desk urgently for work, I was reluctant to initiate the return process and wait for a replacement. None the less, I reported the damage anyway, and to my delight, the customer service team responded promptly and with great care. Chandler Holloway handled my case efficiently, promptly arranging for a replacement without requiring me to return the damaged desk. Their gesture was both considerate and convenient. Now, I'm just looking forward to the arrival of the new desktop. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with their service, understanding that carrier-related damage can happen.

Gerard Gustafson: I love my Uplift desk! I've had it for about 2 years now and it's been fantastic. Just recently I had an issue with it raising and lowering. Reached out to Support and the customer service specialist Danielle promptly sent me the instructions to reset it. Within 4 minutes, it was back in action! The desk and all hardware is high quality. There are a TON of standing desk companies out there but this is by far the best one. Don't go searching, just buy an UPLIFT!

Over the course of the last several years, we have purchased 6 desks in various configurations and have found them to be great quality, easy to construct and easy to use. Even when the occasional rough shipping occurs and a part is damaged, their customer service team is on top of it, without a hassle and quick with follow through. Our most recent order included 2 desks and one top arrived cracked in two places. Britney "Bney" Pete was the one I engaged as a Customer Success Specialist. Bney was supportive, helpful and quick to ship out a new replacement top. She definitely exemplifies the experience I've had with Uplift across the board since our first order in late 2019.

John Feser: I ordered my UPLIFT desk last week and realized over the weekend that I might have ordered the wrong color frame. I worked with Bney Pete in customer service and she was very helpful. First, she was able to get me pictures of the color frame I was considering and then when I decided to go with the new color, she was extremely helpful in updating my order, including getting the drawer handle color changed as well. If my experience with the actual desk is as good as my experience with their customer service, I'll be very pleased.

Mark Blankenship: An amazing experience! Dee Cortesio, the manager at the Hill Country Galleria location, is the BEST! We explained our situation to Dee. She calmly walked us through the science of the zero gravity recliner and explained how it might help my wife with her back pain. She encouraged my wife to try out several different models and explained the difference in each one. The relief was immediate. My wife was thrilled. I could not get her out of the showroom recliner. We purchased a Hale Zero Gravity Recliner with both heat and massage. Their “white glove service” brought it out and set it up at our house. Everything was perfect. My wife loves her Hale Premiere Zero Gravity Recliner with heat and massage. Thank you Dee! And thank you Relax the back. What an amazing product; what a great store; and what a great group of folks to help walk you through the process.

Nathan Wilson: Recently had major spine surgery and ordered a chair from them, the woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful in finding me the right chair. Once said chair was found she got the delivery all set up and the chair was at my house the next day. Now I have more places to relax while I recover.
