    Took my leather jacket to get repaired two different spots before Jam. The first spot the glue didn't hold and the second spot recommended I go to Jam. All alternations are done in house here which is a huge plus. The staff was super sweet and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

    I had two dresses altered and was extremely happy with the work, timing, and interaction here. I'll definitely come back the next time I need to have something altered.

    Maria gave excellent service! Such a kind and understanding person. I brought in my all time favorite backpack of 10 years hoping she could work some magic because the strap adjusters had become loose. After a day of alteration surgery, my backpack was restored.
