A H: Sabrina and the team are so talented! They basically built my egg sofa from the ground up and did a stellar job on such a difficult piece of furniture. The egg was just a fiberglass shell and they turned it into a true work of art.
Manjunath Shamanna: for a charity organization. When i approached the kind folks at undercover, they were extremely helpful and would not accept any money for cutting the cushions. Their only request was that i spread the good word about them. These days, it is hard to find a commercial establishment to do work free of charge. I would have been happy if they had charged me their labor cost

Under Cover is very conscious of getting the right amount of fabric without too much waste, the pricing was more than fair, and the customer service was stellar. He picked up our sofas and in spite of the complex fabric that we selected, he delivered them in just over two weeks and they are beautiful. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Definitely knew his business and throughly explained the options. The cushions were finished a day earlier than I expected and I’m quite pleased. We looked around a bit and everything was either too expensive or poorly built.Looking around definitely made us rethink kicking our old expensive Natuzzi couches to the curb because the frames were so well built.Enter Jose and the Austin Furniture Upholstery Team.We tried two other upholstery shops and Austin Furniture Upholstery was the only shop that could match our original microfiber material at a reasonable price. The fabric was half the price of one of the other shops as well. They even made arm covers for the pieces as wellTheir pick-up & delivery fee was reasonable as well. One shop told me I would have to arrange someone else to pick-up the furniture.All that said, I highly recommend Jose and Austin Furniture Upholstery for your next upholstery job.

Jacquelyn Miller: Dana and her team reupholstered a large armchair for me. I love the chair and have had it for years, but was updating the room that it is in to a different color scheme. They reupholstered it from a dark orange to a light blue and did an absolutely perfect job! They have a ton of different types and colors of fabrics to choose from, and Dana gave me guidance on the durability and fabrics that would be most pet friendly and how they would look in different lighting. The turnaround was extremely quick, price was fair and the quality of their work is outstanding. I would highly recommend them for your re-upholstery needs, and I will be using them again in the future!

Tacio Katsampes: My motorcycle came with a low seat height, which seems to be quite common, although I don’t know what the fascination is with sitting so low unless your foot pegs are quite forward.Anyway, I had Chris raise my seat by two inches to be level with the rear seat by adding foam and a layer of gel. The seat looks fantastic and, as Chris did tell me up front, it is significantly more comfortable.

All my questions were answered and they shared their many years of experience in the field without hesitation. Their free estimate blew away any other competition in Austin and being at the same location for over 20 years made me rest easy that chairs were in good hands. Their quality of work and attention to detail was superior. I do highly recommend this business for any of your upholstery needs. Mike Smith: . I sent emails with photos of the damage to three different shops advertising upholstery repair. The first store I contacted told me that it would cost around $500 to fix, and that I was "better off replacing it." A second place informed me that it would cost over $200 just in labor, and likely total around $300 once fabric was factored in. Neo at VMC gave me a much lower ballpark figure, so I took it by to get a better estimate. He was extremely helpful in finding an almost identical match of fabric, and had it finished a couple days earlier than I'd expected. With labor and fabric together, it came to $140. Their workmanship was excellent, and it looks fantastic. Most importantly, my wife loves it. I highly recommend this place.
