I was referred to Mobile Geeks by the AT&T store across the way when I had cracked the screen on my iPhone but really didn't want to get a whole new phone (waiting for the iPhone 6 to come out). Wow!!!! I'm amazed. Same day repair. Within hours. This morning I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. I couldn't believe it! I had gone over 5 yrs with an iPhone and it had not happened. Well, I started looking for repair shops. Thanks to Yelp! I found the 'Mobile Phone GeeKs' in San Marcos Tx. I called, Very friendly over the phone took my phone in at 12:45 pm I was assured that it could be fixed and it was ready by 3:00 pm. Same day repair. I'm pleased. They live up to all the excellent reviews here on Yelp!!

Guys there are super nice and get the job done within a couple of hours (depending on the line, I'm assuming) I had a cracked/shattered iPhone 5s screen that had damaged the digitizer which made my touchscreen erratic. It would touch things when I'm not even touching the screen and got so bad that I couldn't turn off my alarm in the morning without it opening the phone 'app' and start calling people. They replaced the screen with no problem and even stayed at the shop late when I didn't have time to pick it up within their hours. They also matched the price to another store that had given me a quote of $80. I also noticed that my phone was cleaned of all the dust and dirt it's accumulated over the past year. So it looks great and is back in working condition! Would definitely go back if I run into any more phone issues, but hopefully that is not the case any time soon...

Y’all go see Phil at Austin Cell & Tablet. I had an iPhone4 that died after a rainstorm. Trying to dry it out myself and have it come to life was a lesson in futility and people were wondering what the hell I was doing with a phone in a cup of rice. It didn’t work. Phil was able to open it up and have it fixed in a jiffy for an absolutely reasonable cost (considering the price of a iPhone5 or GSIII!).

This place rocks! The techs were incredibly friendly and were willing to answer all of my questions. They fixed a loose cable for free instead of charging me for an LCD replacement, which I wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for their honesty. I did have to get a phone repaired later, so naturally, I went back. They explained that some LCDs and screens have to be replaced together when only one is broken or else the quality of the repair couldn’t be guaranteed, and since they pride themselves on quality, they only agree to repair it in a way that guarantees quality. I’m very happy with both the repair and the friendly service that they offered. Thank you!!
