BEGINNERS. Almost everyone who starts with us is a beginner and our program caters to that. You will start with our free Intro Class, a semi-private session that introduces Muay Thai fundamentals and our class structure. Then our Beginners and Foundations classes will increasingly develop your technique, speed, power, and reflexes.

KIDS. Our Kids classes will not only teach your kids Muay Thai as a youth sport, but will build their confidence in a safe environment.

COMMUNITY. You will train as part of a team, not just as a student in a class. Our culture is very supportive, everyone is important and has a role.

PROGRESSION. After developing a fundamental base, you can advance into classes to learn more applications of Muay Thai. These classes include pad work, drills, clinch work, and sparring.

Develop fundamental striking skills in our Boxing & Muay Thai class. Your instruction is focused on developing you into an in-shape, fight-ready boxer and kickboxer. Frank Benn, the founder and chief instructor of IFA Academy, has been teaching martial arts for over 30 years. He has an extensive background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Freestyle Wrestling, Filipino Martial Arts, as well as several traditional arts.

Frank has spent many years analyzing actual self-defense encounters, fights that occur on the street, as well as challenge matches between trained martial artists of various styles around the world. Based on this analysis, he designed a curriculum primarily emphasizing real world functionality, addressing all areas of combat including stand-up striking, clinch and ground fighting, and modern-day hand-to-hand weapons.
